Company Generator is a free tool that creates complete data on fictitious Brazilian companies, perfect for software testing, system approval and form validation.
What is it
When developing a system that works with business data — issuing invoices, registering suppliers, simulating billing — you need realistic data to test. Manually inventing a CNPJ, State Registration, address and telephone number that are consistent with each other is time-consuming and prone to errors.
The Company Generator solves this: with one click, it creates all the fields of a fictitious company in a way tied to the same state. This means that the CNPJ, State Registration, telephone area code, ZIP code range and cities belong to the same State, guaranteeing maximum likelihood for your tests.
What data is generated?
The tool generates the following fields for each company:
- Corporate Name — random fictitious legal name
- Fantastic Name — commercial version of the name
- CNPJ — 14 digits with verifiers calculated by the official algorithm
- State Registration — in the format of the selected state, with validation by mask
- Second of Activity (CNAE) — commercial segment with CNAE code
- Full address — coherent street, number, neighborhood, city and state
- CEP — within the valid range of the UF
- Telephone — with correct area code for the city
- Corporate email — fictitious address based on business name
- Opening date — plausible random date
How to use
- Choose the state (UF): select a specific state or leave it at "Random" for the system to draw.
- Define the quantity: manage 1 to 10 companies at a time.
- Click on Generate company: all data is created instantly in your browser.
- Copy or Download: Use the buttons to copy individual fields, copy all data, or download a .txt file.
All processing takes place in your browser (client-side). No data is sent to servers.
Use cases
- Integration tests: complete registrations of suppliers, customers or partners in approval environments.
- NF-e issuance tests: validate forms that request CNPJ, IE and company address.
- Team training: demonstrate registration flows without exposing real data.
- Front-end development: populate prototypes and mockups with credible data.
Important: all data generated is fictitious and is used exclusively for software testing. Using false information in real registrations is a crime provided for by law (misrepresentation, art. 299 of the Penal Code).
