What is it
Emojis to Copy is a free online tool that brings together around 96 emojis organized into 6 categories (Faces, Gestures, Heart, Animals, Food and Symbols), ready for you to copy with a single click. Instead of memorizing keyboard shortcuts or looking for that specific symbol in hidden menus on your cell phone or computer, you can find everything here visually and quickly.
Each category brings together the most used emojis in everyday life: faces and expressions (laughing, crying, winking, sleeping), hand gestures (thumbs up, applause, handshake, crossed fingers), hearts of various colors, animals, food and drinks, as well as symbols such as star, fire, rocket and check mark. When you hover your mouse over an emoji on your computer, its name appears, which helps you confirm that it's exactly what you were looking for before copying.
In addition to browsing the categories, there is a search by name: as soon as you type something in the search field, such as "heart", "fire" or "rocket", the tool searches all available emojis, not just the selected category, and only shows the results that match the term.
The proposal is to be simple and practical. No registration, installation or heavy application. You open the page, find the emoji and paste it wherever you want: WhatsApp messages, Instagram captions, social media bio, emails, documents, video titles or any text field.
How to use
Using the tool takes just a few seconds. See the step by step:
- Choose a category (Faces, Gestures, Heart, Animals, Food or Symbols) to see the emojis in that group.
- Or use search: type the name of the emoji you have in mind, such as "star" or "heart", to filter through all the emojis at once, without having to switch categories.
- Click on the emoji you want. With one click, it is copied to your device's clipboard and a message confirms the copy on the screen.
- Paste wherever you want: go to the text field (message, post, comment, document) and paste using Ctrl + V on your computer or tapping "Paste" on your cell phone.
- Repeat at will to create a sequence of emojis, such as a heart followed by a smiley face.
Tips
- Combine emojis to give more expression to your message, but without exaggerating, so as not to clutter the text.
- The appearance of each emoji may vary a little depending on the device, system (Android, iPhone, Windows) and application, because each platform has its own design. The meaning is usually the same.
- If an emoji appears as an empty square somewhere, it is usually because the recipient's device does not yet have that updated symbol.
- Since emojis are part of the Unicode standard, they work on most websites, apps and social networks without needing anything extra.
