What is it
Email and Phone Extractor is a free online tool that scans any pasted text and automatically separates the contacts found into three groups: emails, phone numbers and URLs (links). Instead of manually searching for each contact spread across a long document, you paste the text at once and the tool returns everything organized.
The scan takes place in real time, without having to click any button: as soon as you paste or type the content, the results appear in cards separated by type, each with its own count of items found. Emails are detected using the standard format with at sign, telephone numbers follow the common formats used in Brazil, with or without DDD and parentheses, and URLs are recognized from complete links, starting with http:// or https://. All results come out without duplicates.
An extra feature is email domain analysis: the tool groups the addresses found by domain, such as @gmail.com or @empresa.com, and shows in a simple graph which providers appear most in the text. This is useful for those who analyze lead lists or contact bases and want to quickly understand the composition of the data.
How to use
- Paste the text containing the mixed contacts into the tool field.
- See the results appear automatically, separated into emails, phone numbers and URLs.
- Check the domains found chart to understand where the emails on the list come from.
- Click Copy all within each group to take just that type of contact elsewhere.
- Adjust the pasted text and repeat the process as many times as necessary.
Tips
- Contacts written in very unusual formats or broken in the middle of the text may not be recognized: review the original text if something seems missing.
- Use the extracted email list responsibly, respecting the LGPD and avoiding sending unauthorized messages.
- Separation by type makes it easier to organize, for example, just the telephone numbers in a contact list mixed with links and emails.
- The entire scan runs locally in your browser, without sending any contacts to external servers.
